Facility Capture has successfully 3D scanned numerous pulp and paper mills across the country, often in challenging and hard-to-access locations.

One standout example involved a digester tower over 150 feet high. The tower's piping required replacement, but an extended shutdown was not feasible. Using the precise point cloud data, 3D model, and fabrication drawings delivered by Facility Capture, pipe spools were prefabricated off-site ahead of time—enabling a swift and efficient installation during a minimal downtime window.
